The table inspected for the research file showed a posted update time of 05/17/26 at 0000. It did not provide a search box, profile links, booking numbers, mugshots, charges, housing units, arresting agencies, or release dates.
That narrow design changes how Latimer County inmate records should be used. The table can confirm that a listed person appeared in the public county snapshot. It cannot prove every detail of custody, bond, court status, or release. A person not listed may have bonded out, been released, transferred to ODOC, been held under a tribal or federal process, or simply not appeared on the static page yet. Request Latimer County Booking Records
No sheriff-specific online public-records request form was found in the research. That does not end the records path. Oklahoma's Open Records Act gives a written-request fallback for existing jail-register and booking information. A useful request should be narrow: give the full name, date of arrest or booking if known, the type of record requested, and the reason the sheriff is the likely custodian. Latimer County State and Federal Searches
Latimer County has no ODOC prison listed in the statewide facilities list, but sentenced people from the county can transfer to ODOC custody elsewhere in Oklahoma. Federal pretrial defendants may be held under U.S. Marshals arrangements and may not appear on the BOP locator until they are in BOP custody. Latimer County Commissary and Phone Funds
The sheriff's detention page says commissary money can be posted through the green kiosk in the lobby or through CorrectPay. The research also found a Tiger Commissary page for Latimer County Jail in Wilburton, but the sheriff policy page is the stronger local source. Fees, deposit limits, accepted cash or card methods, and release-time refund rules were not published by the sheriff.
