Visit Latimer County Detention Center
The sheriff detention page says inmate visitation is inmate-initiated through NCIC. Each inmate receives one free 30-minute visit per week, and NCIC is used to create an account or deposit funds to the inmate phone system. Mail Rules to Verify
No official Latimer jail mail page was found. Do not assume postcard-only mail, scan-and-destroy processing, publisher-only books, photo limits, or a booking-number format. Call the jail before mailing anything and ask for the required name format, inmate identifier if any, address line, prohibited items, and whether legal mail uses a different process.

Latimer County Jail Standards
The Oklahoma State Department of Health says state law requires detention-facility standards and annual inspection of city and county detention facilities. 74 O.S. Section 192 is part of the Oklahoma Jail Standards Act.
